“ Lovely lunch. Excellent food, excellent service! Would thoroughly recommend ”
“ Great meal had at El Molino tonight, the service was exceptionally fast and friendly. Food was so tasty and authentic tapas. Will definitely be returning! Food was priced reasonably and portions were very generous also. ”
“ Having just moved to the area we were keen to discover the restaurants on offer in our new neighbourhood and found this one within walking distance. We managed to reserve one of the last available slots for a Friday evening and when we arrived at the restaurant it was easy to see why. The restaurant atmosphere was buzzing, the decor of the venue was charming and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Service was the best I’ve had in a long time from any other restaurant. The ladies that served us all seemed to be covering each other and had a great methodology for serving the entire (busy) restaurant amongst them all, which meant we got to meet the majority of them. Our order was taken promptly with drinks served quickly. The dishes came out staggered which was fine with us. The staff were all extremely friendly and took the time to have a quick chat with our young child and offer their personal dish recommendations. The food and drinks were great and we throughly enjoyed our meal and feel very lucky to have such a popular restaurant on our doorstep. Can’t wait to come back again! ”
“ A recommendation from friends and surpassed expectations. Wonderful food; wonderful people. Some of the best tapas I've had in London and as great little wine list, too. Book ahead as it can get very busy (justifiably so). ”
“ A gem in Beckenham, Clock area. Right music, right taste, right atmosphere, you truly feel you are in Spain and Portugal. Food is tasty and priced fairly. The picture is a full squid plate. ”
“ Stumbled across this lovely restaurant with a friend but had heard from others how good it was. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Prices were reasonable and it was packed for a Monday night! Highly recommend ”
“ Amazing gem of a restaurant, service was great. The tapas are amazing, and to top it off deserts were so tasty. It's definitely the best tapas I have tried. The Chef does an amazing job. ”
“ My friend and I had a delicious lunch at this local gem on Sunday. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, the smells were so inviting. It smelt like we were going to have a great meal, and we did. I had the chorizo (cooked simply on the plancha) while my friend had the sea bass. Both dishes were delicious and well presented. We shared the patatas bravas (delicious: it came topped with a moreish garlicky, creamy aioli and a rich tomato sauce), a generous slice of frittata/Spanish omelette (also yum), mushroom croquettes (this was the only dish we were slightly disappointed by; though it tasted delicious, neither of us could find much mushroom in these), and the almond cake dessert (it came with ice cream; utterly divine). We drank sangria with our meal: both the red and the white versions drew zero complaints from us. Special thanks to our server, Olivia, who was instrumental to our lovely lunch: she secured us a great table at the front of the restaurant, despite another member of staff saying that the table we wanted was booked. She delivered service with a smile, and didn't mind taking a photo of us either. Very kind. She made our day. :) ”
